Our basic principle is to act in accordance with current legal regulations and implement continuous improvement policies with the determination of “zero work accident”. We provide our employees with safe protective equipment at world standards and create emergency action plans for each project. In addition, we implement an internal audit mechanism and reward system to ensure that every employee contributes to our zero work accident goal.

We receive regular reports on a construction site basis from our occupational safety experts and official companies from which we receive OSGB services and make their evaluations. In addition, we hold periodic insight meetings with the field team and implement the necessary improvement and development plans.
